Refund & Returns Policy

All products sold by ProFormance Peptides are intended solely for laboratory and research use and are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration. Because of the sensitive, research-grade nature of these materials and the requirements for proper handling and storage, all sales are final and products are non-returnable once shipped, except as described below or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind what we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@proformancepeptides.com within [3] days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. If we verify the issue, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit for the affected item, or another remedy required by applicable law.

To help us review the claim, you must retain the product, all original packaging, shipping materials, and labeling until the claim is resolved. We may deny claims that are not reported within the required period, are unsupported by reasonable documentation, or relate to damage or loss occurring after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or use.

Order cancellations

Because orders are prepared quickly, an order may be cancelled only if it has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at info@proformancepeptides.com. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

We are not responsible for delays in responding to cancellation requests, and submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. An order is considered shipped when it is transferred to the carrier or a shipping label has been generated for dispatch, as determined by our records.

Non-returnable items

For health, safety, and integrity reasons, opened products, products with broken seals, and any product that has left our control cannot be returned or resold and are not eligible for refund except where required by law.

Without limiting the foregoing, we will not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, tested, used, altered, contaminated, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery, or for issues arising from customer error, including providing an incorrect shipping address or failing to receive or store the shipment appropriately.

Refunds for unfulfilled or unavailable orders

If we are unable to fulfill an order (for example, an item is unavailable) and you have already submitted payment, we will issue a refund or store credit for the affected item using the original payment method where possible.

If the original payment method is unavailable or cannot accept a refund, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method in our discretion. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method used and any third-party payment provider’s processing times.

Refused, returned, or undeliverable shipments

If a shipment is refused, returned as undeliverable, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or similar circumstances not caused by us, we may, in our discretion, reship the order at your expense or issue store credit, less any shipping, handling, return, storage, or replacement costs we incur, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation

Except as expressly provided in this policy or as required by law, ProFormance Peptides has no obligation to accept returns, provide refunds, or offer replacements or credits. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
